The hot food is alright and the dessert food is good. They have good selection, but this location has very slow wait times. I... think they are terribly understaffed. It takes at least 30-45 minutes to get an order delivered to your vehicle. We stopped for a couple of shakes. When they finally arrived they were excellent. The employees were moving as fast as they... could and doing pretty well, except that our order got lost somehow. After a long wait, we noticed customers who arrived 30minutes after us leaving with their food. I pushed the button again and reminded them we were here, and they were able to findand fill our order. I gave the car hop a tip because she was really doing her best in a difficult situation. I only saw 2employees the entire hour we sat there. Being retired makes one not so frantic about time, so that, and sympathy for theemployees is why we were so patient. Management needs to staff this place. Read more
they're food is overpriced and whether you wait in the drive thru, car speakers, or patio your wait is usually forever. they... dont ask if you need sauces they leave ingredients out of the slushies and drinks or they give you very little of the items.most of their employees are not personable and if you ask for the items for your drinks or sauces you get attitude. Would have been 5 but surprisingly the chicken strips were like cardboard. My meal was awesome burger was fresh full of vegies... and crisp greens. Also got chilly cheese tots with onions and mustard all in perfect amounts. Sad about chicken but all elseawesome. Read more

Decided to go to my local Sonic the other day and although despite the fact that they was having to deal with uncontrollable... events, and being short handed the food was good, and their staff was as polite/friendly as always which more then made up forit. Read more
