I?m not rating you on your food. But when people have already paid And don?t wanna drag 2 kids out of their car seats because... their significant other is at work you people could have the courtesy to hand there dang food out the drive thru window that youhave sitting there for decoration. Will go to a different subway for now on since I have to get out to get our food anyway. Read more

So happy you brought back the rotisserie chicken was the only thing that I got there and missed it so bad. My last visit to the... South side store by South high School was amazing not only were the girls enthusiastic and friendly but they insured that I goteverything I wanted, all the items were fresh and the cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent. There is also a drive-thruwhich is really good for me when I'm on the go. Oh and I think you guys changed her to chipotle sauce it is super good too.Thank you for always providing a healthy option for takeout food. Read more
I am concerned about the new pick up policy at this store! Allowing the public access to food ordered off the internet app is... dangerous and a health hazard! I purchased the food in good faith that it is secure until I pick it up! Allowing just anyone whowalks into the store to have access to my food is unsafe. Who knows who takes the food from the shelf? How do we know someonedidn?t inject the sandwiches or salads with dangerous chemicals, or bad blood Pathogens? Read more

Starting from the outside.... The parking lot is small and rundown. There were no lines as to where to park. Started our order... and mom wanted a salad. The lettuce the girl was going to put in the bowl was awful and brown. And mom had to ask for morelettuce 3 times since the girl only put a small handful in each time. It's a salad she wanted some lettuce. Mom wanted bacon onher salad but the girl never cooked it at all to warm it. Mom had to bring it home and cook it up so she could eat it. Then thegirl didn't get the lid on the dressing correctly and it spilled all in the bag. She acted like we were a total bother. Ithought we could get our food made however we wanted it.... My sandwich was the new "boss"... It was disgusting! The meatballswere different than they used to be. The marinara sauce had large hard chunks of unedible tomatoes. The sauce and meatballs werenot even warm (like the warming area on their counter wasn't working right.) Then she put the sandwich in and "toasted" it andthat did nothing to warm my sandwich and the cheese was not even melted. And the pepperoni didn't even get warmed either and itwas disgusting. Plus the sandwich had no flavor at all. The toasting zapped all the flavor from the pepperoni. Later we went torefill our cups and the pop machine was out of ice and the girls would not fill the machine up. I just decided not to get arefill since I would have to ask for ice and then get the "I'm-busy-with-other-stuff-huff". I will not go back to that storeagain. Read more
