3rd time in a row.. ordered two tacos off the $2 menu and twice asked for extra hot sauce. This time I got 3 packs lol. Last... time I got none.. need to reset the soda machine because my dew has almost no taste to it but that?s normal for this store.. isit to much to ask to get 2-3 packs for a burrito? Read more
They wasn't very friendly just more of a hand you your food and get to the next in line. They left my oldest sons 5 layer... burrito out and our freezie drinks was not fully filled, the lady did fill them all the way once we asked. check your bags ifyou go through the drive thru to make sure you have all food and condiments. The girl took our order which was nice instead of using the kiosk. Everything was correct but she made the new steak and fry... thing a burrito instead of the dish. Then when she gave change back all she was gave was change and no bills and $4 was owed.She left for the day after taking our order. The person on duty was told and he pulled out his wallet to give the $4. Read more
The hours that they work don't match the hours posted on the door. You can go thru the drive thru and someone will answer, but... they won't take your order. Who ever is on the other end of the speaker will tell you their closed. I guess it depends on whentheir working Read more
Poor customer service. Dining room and kitchen were both filthy. Staff too busy standing around and talking instead of cleaning... the BRAND NEW store. Unsatisfactory is an understatement. Will not be back. Read more
Ordered supreme 12 pack soft tacos. All 12 have not tomatoes but sour cream. They won't answer number on receipt.
