Went through the drive through to get the 7 layer nacho fries, It?s all I wanted and all I said was no black beans. Went to the... window and the cook was standing out the window looking at us. He didn?t say anything and after we said ?hi?? He said ?if youdon?t want black beans on your friends what do you want then.?? And I was like ?uhhh everything else that comes with it? I?mallergic to black beans.? I get my food and I don?t see anything until I start eating and literally find one solid black beanin it. I used to work at tbell and there?s no way just one gets in something unless you put it there. Im not trying to be aKaren which is why I didn?t even go back and get a new order or call the store to replace it. But if I was actually deathlyallergic to black beans I wouldn?t have been able to eat the entire meal just bc of what, pettiness ? He?s lucky I didn?t eveneat it at all or I would?ve actually got sick. Read more

The staff and management were polite and anything I asked for they did their best to accommodate me. On my last visit they got... my meal completely wrong. Other than that I had a good experienc... would definitely go back again. Read more

Quick visit even when busy, The items we're fresh and not sloppy. *Edit* last 3 time we went to this location they have messed... up the order which is okay, mistakes happen however on the third occurrence we decided if we're paying 30 plus dollars for ameal and the order was incorrect to see if they would correct it I called to let them know. The conversation on the phone wentwell and they agreed to replace the incorrect items. Upon arrival when we brought up that we were here to get our replacementwe were treat very poorly, questioning what we just discussed on the phone. The manager was very combative and rude. Stating hewas not going to do anything even though we were told via phone call to come down and everything would be taken care of. We cameto the drive thru with a pleasant attitude considering we thought we we're being taken care of. It was shocking to be treated inan aggravated manner when we we're just following through with their instructions. The manager became aggravated and stated thatI'm not replacing anything without a receipt as my wife was looking for it he stated "he doesn't care What manager wrote what ona piece of paper" (the said paper was in their possession nothing that we presented) your won't get anything without areciept". he stormed off and the young lady running the window came back and we handed her reciept.she proceeded to give us ourreplacement items however once again they were wrong. We let it go. The manager who was helpful on the phones name was Adam.The manager that was rude upon our arrival had no name tag and made it very uncomfortable to proceed with the issue. I willdrive the extra miles to use another Taco bell's service before ever going back to that location. It's sad to think thatcompany spent good money building a nice facility just to have its leader showing not only their customers but their staff it isacceptable to act in such an unprofessional manner in a customer service environment. Great food, great hospitality for the most part... Double, tripled checked making sure our order was correct as delivered... My... favorite of the few local Taco Bell restaurants in town would be the fairly new restaurant of the franchises off the seventhstreet location in West Virginia 26101... As a crew member for several years at different locations 9-10yrs under my belt offand on but I have tried leaving the crew that you gain throughout your work experience and I just love meeting different peopleand showing the hard work that's a delight to engage in because I myself enjoy it... Anyways kudos to the franchise inParkersburg West Virginia we the one's we all know that push and grind to keep everything going no matter how many fellow padresthat in a day's work we can pull together the ends and outs of the duties as best as we can and keep grinding because at the endof the day the expertise of gaining that raise is what shall be earned... Life lesson.... Grind hard because grinding hard nomatter the circumstances will pay off... Its in evident and even if not... Drive-thru. Got cheesy roll-ups. Took one bite and all I could taste was cold shell. Pulled over and opened it up and there was... barely any cheese in it and it wasn't melted. It wasn't even hot! Agree with the other reviews. Friendly fast and courteous service. But it looks like a place you shouldn?t stop with the big... rusty exterior. What?s the answer? Not sure but I?m sure sandblasting and paints would help. Foods always correct do yourself afavor try the mango slushie! Read more

Some friends and I went and we ordered, and we waited 30 minutes to an hour for our food. The staff was confused on what orders... were ours and they even gave some of us wrong food. After an hour waiting a couple of us ordered mexican pizzas, but we weregiven crunchwraps instead. There were also other people in the dining room that were waiting a really long time for their food.Staff was not friendly, no apologies, nothing. It was an overall terrible experience. Read more

Have been frequenting this location aince they opened. 99% of the time i order on the app so that there is no confusion about... how i want my food prepared. Ill have to say that probably 75% of the time my order is either not made correctly (items ormodifications incorrect) or the food quality is severly lacking. There have been times i have found non food items in myburritos. Today the young man working the window, his whole back side was hanging out. Dont misunderstand.... That isunacceptable in a professional setting and it should NOT be allowed in a food service enviroment. Yesterday the same person wastoo busy playing on his phone at the window to hand out my order.... Just needs a tighter grip on the employees to get it inshape. Read more
