Tried the new chicken baconactor, it was OK. Liked the bun the Asiago is a nice touch the problem was the sauce was all in one... spot so when you bit down it went all out one side. The caramelized onions were perfect, fries tasted old and were not up tostandard. I never made it to the drink as I was on the run to the doctors office and by the time I got done all the ice hadmelted into the pop and who wants to drink that.all in all I would give it a 3 Read more
Really disappointed in the food this evening. My dog wouldn't even touch her burger. I was the third car in line. Neither of... us must had realized that Wendy's closes at 10pm. However, instead of the manager informing us that they were closed. Theydecided to take my money and handed me over cooked hamburgers. I mean black as coal and hard as a hockey puck with Cold, Stalefries. I should have checked my order at the window and then made them remake my order fresh . However, I thought that the manager on duty would be component enough to value good customer service, while demonstrating pride with his ability to run aQuality restaurant. I was wrong. They just remodeled the dining room, but they fail to meet customer service expectations. That are slow moving like a sloth. I... understand it can get busy. But they?re attitudes also reflect the environment in which they work. The front lady just seem verytired, not happy, and not motivated. If you don?t enjoy working somewhere, find another job that you will enjoy. There areplenty right now. I spent almost 15 minutes to take an order and about 10 to 15 to get the food. Read more
