I drive myself 45 mins to dine here for sushi! Every roll I've tried has been so perfectly balanced, creative, and fresh. A... comfortable atmosphere inside as well. Raku Hibachi & Sushi came at the wrong time, they opened just before the pandemic hit, and they suffered a lot but why am I... putting that in my review? Well they pushed through it and persevered so people can enjoy their food and entertainment. Yes,they'll entertain you as you eat with the food they're preparing for you. I usually sit away from the noise but I knoweveryone's having a great time. I love their miso soup and their chicken katsu, I could eat them everyday! Give this place a trybecause they deserve it! Don't judge a restaurant by its location or front because you will do what we did and skip out on this place for way too long!... Finally ate dinner here and SO GLAD WE DID, such great service and food. Our chef couldn't have been better, he was so fun andfunny! We had a great family time and had a lot of leftovers!! I was quite surprised and impressed as to the renovations that were made in this establishment. However they did it, it worked.... The atmosphere was warm and welcoming as was the staff.our server, Toby was comical when he told us that there was a change intheir hours and they were closing so we had 10 minutes today order. Both my husband and I were aghast as he laughed and told usit was only a joke. That set the mood of familiarity and the realization that we could ask him anything. We ordered sushi fortwo and the varieties were varied and flavorful. The prices were reasonable so the planned birthday dinner a day late wasawesome. We will go back! Read more
