Went through the drive thru this morning and was greeted not by the regular tim hortons greeting but by a women saying "Welcome... to the tim hortons that only gets complained about" I don't think that is appropriate. Read more

We visited here for the first time as a family. Staff were friendly but there were flies everywhere in the restaurant! We saw... flies sitting on bagels, doughnuts etc? and no one seemed to care. It was disgusting. Come on Tim Hortons do you care about thehealth of your customers as this is the second Tim Hortons we?ve visited full of flies in the summer. Read more
The lack of competence at this location is astounding. Constantly getting order wrong. They don't advise you if the item you... ordered is missing, they just give you something else instead. For example, if you order a 50 box of timbits assorted - no plainand they don't have assorted they only give you plain plus whatever kind they had at the time. They should be informing at thespeaker that they only have one kind of timbit available. That is just one example; this is a daily occurrence. The younger malemanager blames the incompetence on being short staffed which has nothing to do with their constant mistakes.... Read more
I was just in here this past Sunday morning July 3rd. The service was great, food was great and very quick. front counter staff... were super nice and greeted me happily into the store. But...this is a big BUT.....and you can tell because I'm writing this 2days after the fact. Management...the person at the till made my Coffee promptly and handed it to me and said my food was goingtobe at the other end as I go over there the other staff member set my bag on the counter we gave each other a mutual nodconfirming it was my order.....AND THEN....MRS grumpy pants manager decided to yell at all her staff for 1 not sending thecoffee down to the other end with the food and gave the other one hell for not yelling out my order......I was the only customerthat made and order as 2 other costumers came through the door after my food was in my hands. O understand having a system andprotocols but I guarantee that embarrassing belittling and yelling at your staff is NOT a part of that....I sure hope this getsaddressed before these young people learn that way of treating other people....shame on management!
