Tonight the closing team here went above and I am very very grateful. I believe it was Rach(a?)el I spoke to on the phone but I... am admittedly horrible with names. I try my hardest to not be a difficult customer. I have been a supervisor and store managerof multiple teams in a few different customer service fields and I know how difficult things can be. That said I have beenattempting to transition temporarily to a gluten free diet since I have been having an allergic reaction to something. I grew upwith cheesy bread, too much cheesy bread, at least once a week. I can eat a whole cheesy bread in a sitting which isn'tsomething I can say about anything else. While meal planning this week I decided to see if I could get GF cheesy bread and theperson who picked up said probably. I went tonight knowing there was a chance they couldn't do it and I was fine with that untilI called and was told they couldn't and realized that I was so hyperfixated on cheesy bread I couldn't eat anything else tonighteven though I was extremely hungry. I tried to hang up but she kept me on the line and we figured out how to construct this isin a way that kept inventory correct for them and everything and it really was the kindest thing anyone has done for me in along time. There are 5 other papa Murphy's I pass between my work and my home but this one is closest to home, only about a 20minute walk. But this will definitely be our location from now on. We've only gotten food from there once before and theexperience was good but her patience and kindness tonight was so amazing and I will most definitely be back. Hopefully not on agluten free diet but if so I know I am in good hands. I know that was a long read but thank you so so much to Rachel and Tylerand I'm so sorry if I was a jerk or a challenge at all. The woman tonight who took my order was outstanding in customer service. When I realized I didn't have enough pizza, so she... quickly made another one right there for me. When I called the order in she was on point. I ordered 2 med. Cheese and pepperonipizzas, she suggested that I order the family size because it saved me more money. I saw a long line in the drive thru and nearly drove away, but they were all from orders that were already called in and I... needed to go inside. They were so fast. I counted 8 people in front making pizza and a couple more in the back. The service wasfast and the pizza was good. Read more
