Stop for some fast food,that's just what I got. My order was fulfilled quickly and hot. Staff were professional and helpful.... Four stars because of people in restaurant, they weren't the friendliness. Maybe I just went at a bad time ? Clean inside, neverused the washroom so don't have information about it. Holy cow. Stopped by middle of the day on my lunch break for work and i ordered my meal and the man said ? can i eat that much??... I asked what did he meant and he insisted I would become fat. I was embarrassed there where girls and other familes around me. Ineeded food i am a hard worker. I then went to the bathroom to cry and use toilet paper to wipe my tears and i seen profanityand graffiti all over that told long stories of the town of parksville and i was shocked. Very dirty. Garbage everywhere. We ordered blizzards and the man who took our Order then got blizzards cups out and put his... fingers on the inside of our cups while bringing them to the soft serve machine. Ewe. Did he touch my spoon with those dirtyfingers too? So gross. Where is the food safety? Read more

I normally don't post reviews but I was fuming with how I was treated. Extremely rude manager /owner? (the Pakistani gentleman)... Order was wrong (charged and gave us for an extra burger meal but not a huge deal since partner can have it tomorrow for lunch)The problem was that there was no sauce for chicken strips and when I phoned, he said that if I ordered it then it was in thereand I asked if I could come tomorrow to pick it up since gas is too expensive for an extra trip(ended up going back out rightaway to get it after his attitude on the phone) and he said that he didn't have time to be on the phone since he had customers(at no time was I ever rude and I was overly friendly since I hate when people are mean to workers at restaurants , also was onthe phone for literally seconds) At no time even after going to pick up dip did he apologize and I hated seeing how he spokewith the girl working there. Next time you get a craving for DQ, don't go to Parksville,make the drive to Nanaimo. Read more
