Ordered a popcorn chicken with fries , and a plant based sandwich with fries. Both with gravy, got to the car and realized we... were short a fry- no big deal- go back to get them and the kid tells us to bring back the gravy and he?ll give us fries?!You?ll take back a gravy? Extremely polite staff and minimal wait time. Food was prepared nicely and looked way better than any other KFC I've been to... where the food was just slapped together. Keep up the good work! Read more
Horrible customer service. The door didn't ring when we walked in so we stood waiting for our order to be taken for 10 minutes.... Only to be greeted with a rude young guy with an attitude. The kitchen staff clearly saw us waiting and didn't bother to tellthe till person we were waiting. The girl that brought our order out gave the same kind of attitude. Horribly understaffed. Food was cold even after what seemed like a long wait for fast food. Does not hold up the KFC name.
Super long wait times- it took more than 20 minutes after I ordered to get our food. The fries were barely warm, soft and... unappetizing. The chicken strips were overpriced, greasy, and not at all crispy. They don't take coupons or online deals, youcan't order ahead of time by phone or online. Read more
