Visited Lefty's based on a recommendation. This place was great. Had a couple of local beer offerings, where all 3 were very... tasty. We had the Rocket Fries, Poke Nachos, Chicken Wings, Crispy Chicken burger and Kids cheese burger. The Rocket fries hadgood flavour, the Poke Nachos were fantastic, the jalapeños tasted really fresh and had some good heat. The Poke Salmon wasgood, could've been more but there was still a good amount. The Wings were cripsy and they are served with sauce on the side. Wehad the Ancho Chiplote BBQ sauce. One little had the Crispy Chicken with regular fries. The little gave the sandwich a 11/10.Said the chicken had the right amount of crisp, was still really moist and had good flavor. The other little had the Kidscheeseburger, loved it. For dessert, there was the Worms n Dirt, and the Brownie Bomb. The Brownie Bomb was awesome, thoughnot meant for those with nut allergies as it has a huge chunk of peanut butter in the middle. OMG! If I could give more stars, I would ??! We had a great dinner experience at Lefty's, Parksville! 5 of us, 3 of whom didn't... feel like eating this, that or the other, which removed other restaurants from the list of choices. I found Lefty's online andchecked out the menu and reviews, and decided. We all really loved what we ordered, and enjoyed the friendly service and thewelcoming atmosphere. The "Jerk Chicken Bowl" was one of the best meals I've had in a very long time! My wife thoroughlyenjoyed her lettuce wraps, my daughter her tacos, and my in-laws their meals too; and perfect serving sizes too! The "Nirvana"dessert was yummy...I was the only one who ordered dessert because the rest were "...too stuffed to have any"! HAH! They allenjoyed mine! Mooches! Had a good meal with great service. We had a reservation, but as soon as we arrived, they gave us a heads up that there will... be a delay due the the kitchen being busy. They have us some chips for the kids, brought colouring sheets to keep theyoccupied. The server was attentive the whole time. The best part was when they brought water, they had kids and straw for thekids. Surprisingly very rare in other restaurants. Read more
The food was fantastic and the service was very friendly. The spacing of the tables allowed me to feel safe in my bubble. The... only reason I didn't rate this 5 star is that the vegetarian pizza lacked in flavor, but everything else we ate was super tasty,especially the garlic parm fries, best ones I've ever had!
