More of a pub style restaurant. The breakfast and appetizers are good. If you are looking for a 5 start dinner this is not the... place. I was very excited to try the seafood pasta until it came looking like a soup, the steak was gross and the burgers weredry. I will give them 5 stars for their sangria tower though! Come for the beautiful, sweeping views of the bay and stay for the great food and atmosphere. We started with calamari & chorizo... for the table, topped with deep fried jalapeños and paired with nan and taziki. Would definitely order that again. Food was mediocre at best. We went last year and it was amazing, but not this year. We started with the calamari and it was... soggy and not properly cooked. I ordered the New York striploin and it was perfectly cooked, but a very small portion. Theaccompanying mashed potatoes were cold and dry and lacked flavour. The vegetables were raw, not lightly steamed, but so raw Icould barely cut them. My husband ordered the Thai red curry bowl, nothing special, definitely not worth the price. Service and food was good. Prices are in line with a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately can't give 5 stars as the salad gave... me an upset stomach. I'm pretty sure it was the egg as it appeared a bit mushy. Would recommend if you are staying at thehotel. Read more

Beautiful views, pretty good food, but very slow and not attentive for service. We ordered the two prime rib dinners, two kids... burger / grilled salmon and a few drinks and it took over 2.5 hours for dinner service. They took a long time to even fill drinkorders. They never cleared any dishes from our table between servings, never gave us options on dinner appetizers, sides for theprime rib, or deserts (not sure if it ever had choices...). The only good service we got was the bill and charging us, chattingus up which secured the waitress some tip still. Even at that time they did not clear any dishes and took them another 30 minsbefore they finished clearing the uneeded dishes. The food was overall ok, not the best prime rib not the worst. Salad dressingwas a bit too acidic for me and the desert was not house was not made in house as mentioned on their ad in the elevator and wasway too sweet. Kids burgers had no condiments on it, just a slice of cheese, burger patty, and a bun, which was all a bit dryoverall. Pretty disappointing as hotel guests. We enjoyed the hotel for the most part and the dinner was a big let down. I amnot sure if it was the bar, the lack of dinner staff, the kitchen or a combination. If you want a steak, this isn?t the place for one. Ordered a medium-rare NY Striploin and received a well-done one. Though... offered to be replaced, I declined as I waited for an hour for this well-done one. Maybe the chef forgot he?s cooking asteak. Also followed Google Map there that showed it was open at 11:10 am, but actually closed from 10:45 am to 11:30 am. Alsoserver let others jump the queue while I waited patiently to be seated. Read more
