The Parksville,BC Panago really needs to get new staff. They are way to young to be working without adult supervision! I didn't... even get my pizza as I was almost hit by two of the very young delivery drivers in the parking lot and then they both deniedthat they almost hit me. The young supervisor in the store couldn't even listen to what my concern was as both kids wereinterrupting me. I will never use this location again! Read more

I usually never have any issues with Panago however last week I placed an order for delivery and only received half of my order.... I called the store but unfortunately they closed. Meant to call back the next day but it slipped my mind until a week later andwas told because 72 hrs went by they weren?t going to rectify the mistake? The staff is always friendly and helpful. I use this restuarant as my pizza and salad go to if Im not feeling particularly... energetic in the supper making department. Give it a go and you won't be disappointed Read more
