This pizza hit is a myth i swear it doesn?t even exist. Everytime i try to get a pizza its closed or they have no delivery... driver. Its been over 3 years and i have been trying and trying. There is no point to dine in since its so small and it would beawkward to be seen by the ghost staff eating my none existing pizza. I wouldn't bother. Food is fine but they're hardly open and even if they are they don't have a delivery driver half the time.... Honestly surprised they're still clinging on. Read more
Never opened. Not sure if they realize most people just get home around 6 from work. About the time they close. Loss of... business. I get short staffed but why do the other pizza places stay opened In town later then this place. So disappointing Read more
Wow what can i say, good pizza but hardly open, if you want pizza any day that isn't Thursday Friday or Saturday and after 6pm... on those days choose somewhere else. I have been a big fan of PH in then past but this lack of availability is very concerning.Was told it's due to staffing issues but this seems unprofessional and a good way to run yourself out of business as there areother pizza establishments in this community with better operating hours. Worst place ever!!! Never open and when they are it's for 5 hours. Can never order online. If you can't staff it I get it but it... just gets frustrating when I think I can finally order pizza hut only to fi d out I can't. I hate to say it but this location atwembley mall should be shut down!!!! Closes at dinner time, like 7 or 630 most nights. I've tried to order 3 times (while their regular hours say they are open) and... they've declined my order or just closed with no warning to customers. I can understand a shortage of workers but this alasbeen long running over a few months now. I'm picking up the pizza most times so it's not that they don't have drivers oranything. Seems to be just lazy and rude staff. If you don't want to work there then quit. Read more
This place is the worst Pizza Hut in the entire world. It?s always randomly closed at 7pm without warning, I?ve more than once... ordered a pizza and come on time to pick it up and find that they?ve just left without calling to cancel the order. If they areopen the order is always wrong or undercooked or something. Giving a horrible name to an otherwise great franchise. These guysneed to be addressed by corporate. Horrible management. Very good pizza. Wish they were open alot more but like most businesses around here they have staffing shortages
