Through no fault of the awesome hardworking and friendly staff, this is the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been in. Waiting 15-20... minutes for coffee is a regular event in the morning. I?m writing this review 22 minutes after I sent in my mobile order and mydrink still hasn?t come up. Ordering at the counter generally takes even longer. Drive thru is your best bet, but still takeslonger than it should. Read more

We?ve been going to this Starbucks since moving to town in 2018. The supervisors have remained relatively consistent and are the... reason I?m giving it 3 stars and not 2. Sadly the consistency in service has significantly declined over the COVID years to thepoint where 2 out of 5 times our order is incorrect and we have to have it fixed in store. My wife and I really enjoy our coffeebreaks at the store but the decline in quality sadly has us branching out to smaller cafes. Read more

I've used the mobile ordering option numerous times in the past. Normally, it works well, in that I can order while I'm still... some distance away and arrive at the store and find my order ready. Occasionally there's been delays because no one wasmonitoring the mobile orders. Yesterday, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered my typical distance from the store,but my order wasn't ready when I arrived. A number of people went in just before me and ordered at the counter. I waited forsome time, long enough that the group before me had received their orders. When I asked a staff member about the delay, she saidtheir ordering system has bugs and in addition, the person who would normally do the mobile orders was focussing on counterorders. The staff went on to say it would be probably faster in future if I can in and ordered in person, rather than using themobile system. What's the point of mobile ordering then? Read more

Workers engaged in full on lean-against-the-counter personal conversations/banter while the line built up. Came for my birthday... drink and although I could show the email and I.D., they wouldn't give it to me because my phone wouldn't open the app. Won'tbe back, that's for sure! Read more

Pumpkin Spiced Latte!!! What can I say, so glad we are holidaying in a Canadian fall season!! Completely addicted and not... looking forward to the withdrawals. Large Latte needs to be extra hot and I love it with a extra shot!!! Read more

The staff at the Parksville location are always friendly and welcoming. You feel like a valued customer everytime. I have also... never been disappointed with my order at this location. Thank you wonderful Starbucks staff. Read more

I now know this location is very busy! I mobile ordered and our drinks were ready 10 minutes after the app said they would be.... I?ll be sure to give the staff a little extra time to prepare my order before arriving next time! The staff was working veryhard to serve their customers! Read more

I stopped in on Saturday afternoon for a beverage and made the mistake of going into the store for a latte? I was able to order... fairly quickly as the cashier was ringing the orders through left, right and centre; however, it took significantly longer forthe orders to be made as the drive thru was busy and mobile order patrons kept coming into the store.
