Food quality and store cleaness are 5 stars! Removed 1 star for the cashier service received. Reasons: I ordered a salad, the... cashier asked me what dressing I want. I asked what options do I have. She replied: "Read the sign"and pointed the sign behindand above her head. The font for dressings are very tiny. I explained to her that I am nearsighted without my glasses, I can'tmake out what's on the sign. She just stared at me as if saying it's not her problem. Eventually I took my phone out and took azoomed in picture of the sign to see the options. I told her my choice is "Light Balsamic", but I got "Light Italian" when myorder came. Been there at least 6 times and always had great experiences. Great service and great staff. The y have amazing food and the... drive through lines are never long. Only reason I would have given it 4 stars would be for the long lines inside, especiallyduring school fundraisers. Read more

This chick-fil-a is cool. The staff is not as inviting ouke they are at other locations. The wait to get food is longer, also,... constantly. The eat-in area is nice. I like to eat at the outdoor benches when it's nice out. They are a little stingy with thesauces at this location, too. I asked for 3 sauces and the server looked at me funny. Read more

This place is the worst Chic-Fil-A i have been to. Today they gave me a sandwich without the meat then refused to refund my... purchase over the phone, i cannot drive back as this was on my lunch break and i do not have time to do so. It is ridiculousthat they cannot refund my card over the phone - i am still in possession of the receipt/order number and empty bun...Thankfully i was not picking up food for others in the office as i often do. The manager went as far as to block my phonenumber after i called back trying to get a responsible that would speak with me manager, and not be rude/short or shout into thephone at me. Fortunately i did the purchase with a credit card so that i can do a charge back - what a bunch of disrespectfulkids there. Read more
