Just started ordering here and I have been HOOKED. Best pizza I have had in a long time... Their Margherita pizza is seriously... comparable to authentic Italian pizza (been 5 times and tried lots of pizza). Just absolute pizza perfection!!!! Ordered a fewpasta meals, Stromboli's, and appetizers as well that were also amazing. We got delivery three times last week and it was alwaysfast, hot, and delicious. I REALLY wanted this place to be my pizza ?go-to!? The pizza ?looks? sensational but the sauce does lack in flavor. Otherwise -... it?s quite good. The chicken cheesesteak was awesome! We have gone for dinner (take out) several times and have never had bad food or a wrong order. Delicious!! Their subs are... stuffed full and very filling with so many choices. The eat in area is clean and bright and inviting. Very welcoming if youchoose to stay and eat. When you walk up to the counter to place your order or pay for carry out...WOW a beautiful and deliciousdisplay of many of their food choices and pizza's. The smell wafting through the restaurant is so yummy! Almost like momma'skitchen! The employees are very nice and friendly. Q. How do you please an upset customer who received a wrong order? 1. Apologize for the wrong order and give a coupon for the... next visit. 2. Ask the customer to bring the old one and give a new one. 3. Apologize first. Make a new one and deliver it tothe customers address as soon as possible with no extra charge. Some places will do #1. Most places will do #2. Margheritas inParkville will do #3 which is going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. Been a regularsince the opening because their food is delicious. Usually they do not mess up on orders but today I experienced theirexceptional customer service. Tried countless things on their menu from pizza, pasta, subs, wings, salad, bread, and more. Theymake their own sauce and bread. YES. Fresh tomato sauce. Fresh bread. Fresh veggies and ingredients. What a gem. Kingsvillelocation is good as well. I wish I had more photos of the food. It makes you wanna start dig in even before taking photos. I am positive that this is a case where the pictures speak for themselves. Margherita is great addition to our neighborhood.... The staff are extremely kind, pleasant and helpful which can be a combination that is hard to find. I've been to this locationtwice and the one in Bel Air a couple of times and the food is always fresh and taste fantastic. Definitely my new goto in thearea and a great place to pick up a last minute dinner or a hearty lunch (they have great lunch specials as well)! We have came here multiple times the first two were amazing the pizza was fresh and the staff was nice like always. However... something changed I believe the pizza became dry and not as flavorful and one time we even got a used box with a meatball in it.I really hope this place improves because it used to be one of my favorite pizza spots.
