Ordered a crab sub no issues. About 15 minutes later I get a call saying that they have no crab cakes and asking me to make a... substitution. I select something that was less expensive and ask about the refund of the difference. I was assured that it wouldbe corrected that evening and I would see the adjustment the next day. Instead I was charged for the full amount. I call thenext day and am told again that the refund would go through that evening. It did not. Do not order from these scam artists. I order from this place ALL THE TIME ! Never had an issue until tonight, ordered delivery 16in pizza, 8 wings all drums well... done and a cheesesteak sub & 2ltr. The driver delivers the food but no pizza, oops they forgot ! Called the restaurant and theyassured me the pizza was being made and will be on the way, in the mist of unpacking the rest of the food we noticed the 8pcwings were BARELY cooked & they were all flats! I called the restaurant a second time requesting a refund for the wings only,they were very rude and yelling no refund store credit only. After a slight argument we was told the driver was on the way withthe pizza and to hand the him the WINGS for the refund. Once the driver arrived he not only took the wings but did not deliverthe pizza, at that point I was told the whole order was cancelled and we get nothing. I assume this was because they wereclosing soon and didn’t want to handle the issue ??? I want you to know this was a HUGE Inconvenience especially when the mealwas for children !!!!! Read more
Slowest pizza in the world. Better to call somewhere else or wait all day. Cashier told me 15 minutes but they didn’t start... til I arrived. Small Caesar salad was really big. But the cream of crab soup had little to recommend it. Only 4 small pieces of crab in bowl.... Flavor of cream part was good but still not worth &7.99! Read more
They were nice enough to adjust the dish I ordered to be a vegan Friendly dish. That was really nice.
Service was amazing… I can’t say anything but order from this place!!! Customer service was great food was amazing and even... got this personalized gift… ordered two days in a roll cheesesteak are the best fries were crispy when it got to me alsoordered calamari which is delicious fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks which my son loved. My family loves this place and order out at least once a month. Last night I ordered a breakfast item forgetting it was dinner... time and they had stopped serving breakfast hours ago. They called and politely let us know we had missed the window and would Ilike to order something else. I told them to just cancel my item and fill the rest of the order. They then called back and saidthey would just fill the order. Not only was everything delicious as always but delivered so quickly. All on a Sunday night too!I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. You will never be disappointed eating at Olympia! Read more
