The first time I order my food from here. It was a very bad experience. The order taker was rude. She doesn?t know how to talk... with customer. They even didn?t delivery food on time. I have been curious about the quality of food and service at the Seasons Pizza on Joppa Rd for about a year now and I decided to... give them a try on Saturday. I am always up for a good salad and fries and trust me, they did not disappoint!!! The customerservice was stellar and the salad and fries were super fresh and amazing! Everything we ordered was burnt from the the pizza for my daughter to the free garlic bread, not even a full chicken breast in... the grilled chicken salad. The delivery was fast they where friendly on the phone but the food was completely sub par. We willnot be ordering from them again. Read more
Don't ask for anything extra. Very disappointed. I'd love their service but when I ask for extra didn't really give me extra.... It's just like the normal. I paid for xtra cheese, I shouldn't be able to see the sauce if I ask for extra cheese. This isterrible Read more
We order from Season?s often and never have complaints until this time. Our delivery arrived and as my husband looked at the... receipt he asked if I left a tip. Before I could answer him the delivery driver was walking away and turned around to run hismouth stating people apparently don?t tip delivery drivers. My husband informed him he is not that type of person and we ALWAYStip. This time we paid with a gift card and planned to give a cash tip upon delivery. Accept the delivery driver decides to useprofanity and continue to run his mouth. With that being said completely unprofessional and will probably never order from thereagain. Read more
I had seen the commercials on TV and gave it a try. It was a good pizza, very cheesy. Mary was awesome helping me decide.
I picked up a carryout order. When I opened the pizza box at home, I saw there was something wrong with pizza. Part of the... pizza was over cooked. It looked like a mutant pizza. It was not a huge portion of the pizza but it should never have beengiven to a customer. I have attached some pictures. Read more
This is the 1st BAD review that I HAD to write about this location. On 11/29/22 I ordered 2 salads. 1 was a spinach & Grilled... Chicken which was fine; BUT my Chef Salad was sewer worthy. Upon opening it I smelled a "musty" odor which I put off to a storedcontainer, BUT when I tasted the lettuce and tomato, my mouth said "old, musty and foul". I asked my wife to sample it and shespit it out. My stomach agreed with me because I started salivating and contemplated barfing which didn't happen. I called thestore and spoke with the manager who was more inclined to believe that I was sick instead of his food being bad which I wasn't.He was willing to send me another salad but I requested a refund instead (my stomach wasn't into eating yet). He agreed to therefund and after 3 days, I still haven't received it yet (notice from my credit card company). Thank goodness there are othertake out places near me because this restaurant just lost my business as well as my company's. Read more
