Went there today for cheesesteak the girl try to give me two half scoops of meat for a footlong I said them scoops were even... full she said that's all we give is two scoops I said yeah but they were only half full she said that's what we give so I walkedout of there I suggest everybody not go there go to Harford Road you'll get 10 times more meat and better service... The teenage girls who work here need to be taught how to put together a sandwich. You don?t pile the veggies in the middle of... the bread and then try to squeeze the two sides together to close it. This store makes consistently messy sandwiches soobviously management needs a refresher on Subway?s sandwich assembly technique (former Subway employee here, I know how it?ssupposed to be done) so they can properly train their employees. When I visited the location it was my first time there. The staff was friendly but the food construction was done poorly. It... seemed as if they were more into their side conversations then making my sandwiches properly. There was barely any meat (tuna)on my sandwiches, they were very light handed with the lettuce and not to mention the guy put tomatoes on one of my sandwichesand I asked him not to. Finally at check out the cashier rung me up and I scanned my QR code to get points for my visit. Once Ipaid and the receipt was printed the cashier held my receipt for quite some time. She studied my receipt so long I had to askwas everything ok? To which she said she was making sure she gave me the correct copy but I know for a fact majority of the timeit?ll say that at the bottom ?Store Copy or Customer Copy?. Not too much a fan. Guy had about 8 sandwiches with only 2 people working. No one acknowledge me or the other customers BC they... were too focused on his sandwiches that he was reading via text. I left. Customer service sucked; they could have acknowledgedus and said I will be right with you or 1 could have stopped making those 8 damn sandwiches and got the people only 1 sandwichout the way. Food is not high quality but is convenient. I am big on customer service so I won't be returning. This is not thefirst time this happened. Read more
