Was there about a year ago. Had the driest prime rib I had ever eaten. Complaining got me a similar cut. Customer service was... no help. After an experience the manager Billy reached out to me and invited me back. I must say he was very welcoming and attentive, the... greeter Ryan was pleasant and friendly, and this visit was better. The spinach dip was AMAZING with fresh chips. My food porkchops and the T bone were cooked ans seasoned perfectly. Even during a rush we were attended to promptly and regularly. It's wasslightly freezing in there but other than that minor issue I WILL BE RETURNED for more yeast rolls and dip. Read more

Very attentive waitstaff and a really good ribeye steak. The bar area was kind of loud, so if that bothers you, sit in the... restaurant. Don?t order the potatoes au gratin though; they really need a better recipe for that. Read more

It was my first time ever at this franchise but the experience was made special by Nick (?), who was taking super good care of... us. He made sure everything was ok a couple of times, brought us drinks (and refills) really quickly and was extremely friendlyand accommodating throughout. Nice clean atmosphere. They give you plenty of food, so much you will probably have leftovers, which is great for some of us.... I would've given 5 stars, however when i called the facility, about the game room, i was told yes, it's still in operation. Iwas not told that is only open on certain days. That was the reason we drove to that location from Owings mills. We would haveotherwise gone to the Ellicott city location. Our waitress was very nice, pleasant and kept checking on us, which is greatlyappreciated. Definitely a place worth trying for this who haven't. I needed to post the pictures from Tgif in Owings mills. They cannot compare to this restaurant. The little bitty Buffalo wings tgif served; my potato skins that were dry as ever andthe smallest potato ever. The waitress makes Bonnie who clearly doesn't know how to make a margarita. Awesome state of the art theater size tv screens and surround sound system. Great place for the big games and more. Bar and... lounge room spacious and the food is good. $-$$. Read more

Good experience, quick service, and great staff. Ordered from the "Prime Time " menu. The portion size was enough to satisfy.
