They refused to serve me before their close time.. I got there 8:55pm and was told they were closed and refused to serve me. She... also told me that everything takes 45 minutes to make. Then I was wondering if the restaurant close at 9pm, they would stopserving customers food around 8:15pm because EVERYTHING takes 45 minutes to make. This does not make any sense to me. Food was outstanding. Fresh and Delicious. The staff there was extremely nice. Even come to the tables and check on you. Will... be going back. Try the Cheesy Burger, dress it up how you want. They have a burger with 9 patties I may take a swipe at as well. Read more
I went to pick up a milk shake for my husband that he thought was free when I arrived the cashier explained to me the milkshake... he ordered was not the free one and it could not be ordered online it was in store only so of course we requested a refund andthe cashier explained it would need to be done on the site by hitting the cancel button. My husband signs in to the site andguess what there's no cancel button so we called the store and the cashier said she would let the owner know guess what its been2 weeks and the owner did not contact my husband and they did not refund him.???? Got the ?Family meal? to share with my partner and grandson. Was more than enough, and their food is always delicious. The staff... there was so welcoming! They went out of their way to make us happy when we asked for extra condiments & for them to excludemustard from our burgers. The manager, Sara, dealt with us herself. And did so with a smile. First time at Wayback Burgers customer service was good, place very clean and bright. We tried the double cheese burger,... chicken cheese steak and a oreo milkshake. Cheeseburger was hot and juicy, chicken steak sandwich was pretty good as well, theydidn't have green peppers to go with the onions on the chicken sandwich. First time visit to Wayback Burgers around 12:45PM on a Thursday afternoon. Plenty of parking is available in the strip mall... lot. Now, one thing that service personnel MUST learn to retain clientele....PUT AWAY YOUR PHONE! Believe me, when someone ismore interested in their toy than they are enticing me to order, I'm happy to find other places to go so you can spend all yourtime with your beloved electronic device. As for the burger...nothing to write home about. I actually think it's a bitoverpriced for what's received. It's easy to see why they sell doubles and triples. My single patty was dwarfed by the fluffybun. Not to mention so much mustard and pickles that it was almost all you could taste. The shop was clean and the counterpersonsmiled and thanked me by name when handing me my order. If only phone-man had been as receptive I would have given a bit higherreview. For now, this is one of those places that I'll keep in mind but won't go out of my way to patronize. Read more
