I frequent bagel 1 often. When I order a bagel I get it sliced thin and it's never been an issue. I went there today ordered my... normal bacon egg and cheese on a sliced thin bagel and the older woman with the shorter black hair at the counter got nasty withme. She told me she didn't understand what I meant by slice the bagel thin. So I started to explain it to her then she told menot to talk to her like she didn't know what she was doing. Thankfully the other woman that was there understood and took careof me. I did not like how I was treated as a customer that always goes there. I have lived in Parlin for 5 years now and came to this bagel store for a while. There is an Indian girl who works behind the... register who is VERY disrespectful.. she literally lets the phone ring for minutes on end and listening to the phone ring as shepurposely ignores it. She was also yelling and being extremely disrespectful to customers.. I would avoid coming to this bagelstore SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Very disrespectful and unprofessional!!! Don?t waste your time here dealing with their rude disrespectful behavior. I made an order at 1:20 and I just wanted to add... another one at 1:40, it was just a bacon egg cheese wrap lol, and the lady gave me such an attitude that we are closed now. Theschedule is till 2pm. I told her it?s fine if you can?t add another one then at least wait for my mom, she?s on the way to pickup. She says, ?ok idk we closing in 5 minutes. like lol Why are you closing 15 minutes early? My mom got there exactly at 2o?clock and they were already gone. It?s really cheap and these days, no one is eager to show kindness. Will not be coming backhere ever again. and who knows, what kind of energy they make the food with. Ew.
