Cleanest subway I have been to. They've had staffing issues like everyone else but the staff is always friendly.

I have ordered online before and have never had any problems with this store. Today was a completely different story. Online... said my order would be ready at 1:25 I went in at 1:20 They still had not received my order and could not refund what hadalready been deducted from my account. Also they were out of bread so they couldn't even make me another sandwich. Read more

Called 20 min to 6pm. Got a phone call at 6:10 saying that although their hours show open till 7 they recently (within the week)... changed it to 6 so. Sorry. No sandwhich. They weren't going to make it, didn't have the courtesy of calling earlier, when Ibrought up how unprofessional it was they told me "that sucks" and hung up. Disgusted. The sandwich was for my work that I'dneed early in the morning for a training to better help my family. But thanks. Read more
If I had other healthy food options near me, I would NEVER give this Subway my business again. However, I live in Parma and... Subway is really the only semi-healthy restaurant in this area. The customer service is HORRIBLE, to say the least. Everyemployee has the worst attitude every time I go in there. They act as if you (the customer) is inconveniencing them, no matterthe time of day. This includes the ?managers.? Most of them don?t seem like they know what they are doing which is incrediblyfrustrating and if you ask them to fix/change something with your sandwich you get treated with even more attitude than theyoriginally have. It?s also always understaffed which causes long lines and sloppy sandwiches. Over half the time the food iseither still cold or falling apart. I?ve also never seen an employee wash their hands either which is disgusting. Gloves ornot, every time they go from the back or register to the sand which line, they should be washing their hands. Overall, I amincredibly unhappy with the service and food at this location and do not recommend anyone giving them their business if theyhave the choice. Read more
