Decided to try out this place for the first time after seeing as I drive by. I ordered a pizza for delivery almost 2 hours... before close and wasn?t even told a time it would take to receive my pizza. 10 minutes before close I get a call saying theysent the delivery driver home for the night and I would have to pick my pizza up or she could leave a note for the manager fortomorrow. At this point everything else is closed or closing for the night and I cannot order food from anywhere else. Worstcustomer services I?ve ever received from an employee named Stacy. We really enjoy Casamel's Pizza often driving past several other places to bring it home. They use quality ingredients and the... ease of ordering on Slice and the speed of service is great. It is a little pricier than some places, but it's worth it. It justmakes it more of a treat than a purely convenience meal. Read more
I order from here frequently and this is the first time I?ve been fairly upset about my service. My order was supposed to be... here by 6:14 (online quoted) and it was not here. I called to inquire about when they would arrive and was told the driver justleft with my order. I called back at 6:40 letting them know my order STILL wasn?t here, frustrated at this point, to just betold I have another 10 minutes before my order would even be here. The manager was not pleasant when hanging up as though Idon?t have a reason to be upset or question where my order is. My food got here at 6:55, cold, soggy and gross. Never again. Read more
This isn?t pizza, it is an out of body experience. It?s not fair to other pizza that this place exists, there is no comparison.... When you die and go to heaven, God himself greets you at the gates with Casamels Pizza. I had it off DoorDash today for thefirst time and I will forever order here. Read more
Prices are very high when you consider the quantity and inconsistency. The food can be good but also, as I just said,... inconsistent. I was nonetheless a regular customer until one too many times where they skimped on the toppings. I made a commentto the manager and she replied about "technically, if there's one piece of topping per slice then it's acceptable." I couldn'tbelieve it. How's that work for onions, mushrooms, black olives? Come to think of it, how's that work for any topping you careto name? Ridiculous. I stopped going here. The place up the road suits me just fine. Great food all around! All of the pizza toppings are high quality and fresh. I like that they sell wings by the pound instead of... by piece. I noticed some other reviewers that apparently did not understand this. It doesn?t matter what size the wings are, youget the amount of weight you order. And they?re delicious! Highly recommended! I tried Casamels pizza yesterday as I found out my normal shop was closed on Mondays. I was looking forward to trying something... new, and if the food was good potentially making them our new go-to. In order to be our new go-to Casamels had a pretty high barto beat. Well, they failed miserably. I've never paid so much for chicken wings in my life. $16 for 8 of the smallest wings Ihave ever seen. I don't know if the order was wrong, but I guess I was expecting a lot more than that for the price. Anycompetition out there within 1sq mile that sells chicken wings is no where near that expensive, and if they are somewhat closethe wings are gigantic, not little baby wings like we received. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza that was pretty expensive aswell, bit it tasted alright. Overall, for what I paid I am very disappointed and I most likely will never return to thislocation. I can't really recommend it either, there are so many pizza shops in the surrounding area, give them a shot first. Iunderstand the economy is trash and the costs of goods have raised, but no where near as bad as what this store charged me.
