This used to be a great location but things have gone downhill. The staff has no sense of urgency or situational awareness. A... few nights ago, I visited around 90 minutes before close. There was a line to the door and only ONE person on the line. You'dthink that the manager would jump on the line to assist but you'd be wrong. The manager and few other employees were too focusedon "pre-closing" that they literally did NOTHING to help move the line along. On a positive note, the food quality at thislocation is great and the restaurant is clean. Given my last experience, I'm rating them 3/5 stars and will update my review ifand when their speed of service improves. Read more
I ordered this evening through the online app. Not only was the order over 20 minutes late coming out, the order itself was... completely wrong! The name on the bag was correct but what was in the bowl was definitely NOT what I ordered. Very disappointed. Read more
Post-pandemic service and sense of urgency are lacking in hospitality and this location is no exception. Food is still great, so... I will definitely not stop getting Chipotle, however hospitality and customer service training needs to be prioritized for agreater customer experience. Read more
This is by far the worst chipotle! It used to be amazing and fast now the people that work there move slow. One person on the... line while the others are walking around in the back. Waited 20 minutes while the girl with the white beads moved so slow. Hadto leave because I didn?t want to wait anymore. No management!!! No one to help the line that was out the door!! The little kidthat was at the register was told to ?sweep? but not help the line? Unacceptable. It?s 6pm. These workers were by far the worstones I?ve ever seen at a chipotle. was hoping to be able to enjoy some chipotle but sadly for whatever reason you close at 10 but the main line no longer gets food... at 9???? but the mobile order line gets rice and veggies??? that?s probably the stupidest thing i?ve ever hear and i hopeeveryone working there also know this is the stupidest thing and literally because management is lazy and incompetent and doesnot actually care about customer satisfaction like why even be open this late if you cannot actually serve those who would liketo be served Read more
Always understaffed. I get that's a universal issue, but this bad bad. Always an incredibly long wait. I ordered my pick up over... an hour ago with a pick up time of 40 minutes ago. It's not even being made yet. Maybe offer more money to people to work there?C'mon ownership. Loosen the purse strings. It's the only one at all convenient to my home, and I LOVE Chipotle. Needless to say,I go to chipotle a lot less now. I gave it two stars instead of one because it tastes good, but it's Chipotle. Read more
Unsure what's wrong with these teenagers, they all look like they hate their jobs (except the cashier) thanks for the free... burrito (had to call corporate and send them videos of my burrito from top to bottom and receipt to show you put literally APINCH of meat in there) you charged me $10.20 for a barbicoa burrito full of rice and lettuce, I was in such a good mood and Idon't like making workers feel uncomfortable staring them down. I didn't watch her make my burrito but my bf did (unsure why hedidn't say anything) I just can't come back to this location, being ripped off like this. You guys are raising the prices andgiving less meat, is the company making you do this ??? Sigh..... As a result of this little girl barely putting both guac($2.50) and MEAT on my burrito I now get a free entre, hoping to choose a BETTER location next time !! P.S quit your job if youhate it ? Poorly kept, had to wait for rice cooking, workers in front barely puts rice, beans, meat, salsa on my burrito...I had to remind... person in front that these burritos are $9. Manager needs to teach and supervise their crew more efficiently, NOT SKIMP ONPORTIONS because no one is cooking in the back. This is a busy spot and efficiency is critical. Read more
