The food is fine , unfortunately service speaks louder, it?s what bring costumers back. Let your costumer fully place their... order, before rudely jumping to the next. Answer questions, and help find solutions, or options. If your costumer is asking forspecific things, listen, you work in a food industry, costumers coming in have different food diets that you may not be awareof. Treat all your costumer?s equally as kind. It?s an open area, all of your costumers can see and hear you. Be kindthroughout the entire interaction, not at the end when it?s tipping time, no costumer wants to pay for poor costumer service. Read more

Went here to Denny's 4 my family that was in town there was five adults and like 4 kids and a baby just wanted to get something... to eat one of the staff members a waitress was really rude and said a smart comment " we only have one cook",that's exactly whatshe said and it's too many of y'all I'm like well it don't matter we have to wait for the food she was like well we only haveone cook you want application real smart I would never go there again I haven't been there since that incident and the point ofthe matter was it was only like 6 people sitting down eating.
