It took me 2 hours to get my pizza it was cold when I got it I tried calling Domino's itself but all it did was ring and nobody... ever answered it. Your call center is obviously not in the United States, had the call center try and call the specificrestaurant but they couldn't get anybody to answer the phone either. It was just impossible to try to get a hold of anybody todo anything about the pizza. I will never ever give them my business again and I will tell everybody that I know how terribletheir service is especially at the one on Broadview road. Read more

This place needs to be redone. Everytime i had ordered something is missing. This time my salad was left. So i called and she... said they are bringing it back. I didnt hear anything for 20 minutes. Walk out front to wait and they set it between the twodoors of my apartment complex and didnt bother to tell me. What if i didnt go check? That food would have sat there all night.Every single time something is missing or wrong. When you call they dont answer most of the time. And when you do call they areabsolutely rude. Read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I preordered a delivery for a business lunch on the app. I?ve done this a million times at... other locations with out a problem, but this location is a hot mess. They called to tell me they didn?t have any cornmeal forthe hand tossed pizzas I ordered. They said they were getting some & my delivery would only be a little late. 40 minutes later Igot a call from the business I was buying lunch for that it hadn?t been delivered. I called the Domino?s to find out that theirdriver never showed up to work. I understand staffing & supply chain are a struggle right now, but what I don?t understand iswhy no one was going to call me to tell me that no one was going to deliver my order! So then I made arrangements to havesomeone pick up the order only to find out they never made it. According to the app they did. Very disappointed with thisservice and lack of attempts to accommodate this order and my business. Read more
Ordered this at 940 and two hours later there was still no update. So I called the store about 6 times trying to see if I can... just cancel my order to get my money back, and they never picked up. At 1205, after they were closed and I assumed I would atleast get my order cancelled and my money back, they sent this poor girl out after they were closed to deliver this pizza that Icould see on their tracker had been sitting there done for an hour at this point. This is the mess I got. An ice cold bubblepizza and bread bites that looked and tasted like they were drown in I can?t even begin to describe what. So I went to theirdumb ?delivery insurance? thing and they offered me a medium pizza. More awful pizza, but free next time! This ad campaign forit is a joke if your solution to stealing $30 from me is a free medium pizza. Read more
