Terrible service and customer service at this location. They are never busy, but still can't get the orders done at the time... quoted. It's always 20-30 minutes after the quoted time, which is ridiculous. And then the food just isn't very good at thislocation. After waiting 30 minutes we got our food, was under cooked, and cold. Donatos is one of the few places that produces the same great tasting pizza. The food is "Always" consistent, unlike some... places. You can count on your pizza tasting the same every day, week, year, etc. We live far east and we make a special trip tothe westside to get this pizza, that's how good it is! Plus it's the only one around. Read more
