They have great pizza and wings and very friendly staff! I only had to wait 17 minutes for my food to be ready and I ordered in... store and waited for my food. I was supposed how quickly my food was done given they were super busy but they still went aboveand beyond! We will definitely be returning in the near future! Read more

Great food, I order here all the time and have an order placed currently as I write this. I never wait more than 20 to 30... minutes for pizza, wings, and fries. So for the price, I'd say it's worth it. I recommend you try at least once "The NewYorker!" It's a 24 inch round pizza for $24.99, and added toppings for $4 each. I love the thing, and think it's well worth itwhen feeding 3 or 4 people. Read more
I have been in Parma for a couple of years now and had not tried guys so I ordered a sheet pizza for a birthday party. It was... good but the bottom crust seemed very thin in some spots. Will never order from them again. Ordered crunch burger was dried out and disgusting , called complained. Was told I will get a... 10$ credit next time I order. Worst experience I?ve ever received from a pizza shop. I asked for extra chz and extra sauce, As you see the pizza on the right... is the mistake and the one on the left is the remake. You can OBVIOUSLY see the difference. They did not deliver the old or newpizza in a delivery bag. And the employee I first talked with told me that it?s MY opinion (the CUSTOMERS) opinion on how muchextra chz and sauce there is. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I am a GM for Master pizza. I KNOW what extra chz and sauce looks like and shouldbe looking like. Very unacceptable and terrible customer service. My first time trying it. The staff was friendly. It was pretty fast service (we ordered there). Best calzone (Guyzone) I've had.... Fresh toppings. If you're in the area, I recommend it. Read more
