Just left there. Chose curbside and gave a nice tip. I was parked right next to the Jimmy John's car. However, the guy called me... and said he didn't see my car and asked me to pull up to the door. There were no other cars parked in the front of the store. Iwas better off going inside and keeping my tip. I spent close to $100 with this business, they could have at least attempted tobring the food to my car before claiming to not see me and need me to drive up to the door. Ordered a sandwich with Turkey meat, but was told they are out of turkey (at 2pm?). I then said to just use ham since they did... not have turkey. He told me he could only give me a meatless sandwich because he cant substitute meats.....really weird and thekid looked super stoned. Great way lose business. Good food just like every Jimmy John's I've been to.. The sandwhich making robots working here though have miserable personable... skills. I said loud and clear "How you guys doing today?" ... not one word from any of the 4. However 1 of them stared at me forabout 10 seconds like he wanted to punch me. April 2022: Stopped here for a quick bite. I usually order my favorite sandwich, the Vito, but they have a limited time sub... called the Zesty Turkey Club that I had to try. Pros: * Location is very clean and appears to be freshly renovated in terms oflayout and amenities. * Friendly and patient staff. * Zesty turkey club had tantalizing flavor with interesting texture due tothe herb aioli and cheese panko. * This location is very consistent with (and maybe exceeds in some cases) the branding of JimmyJohns in terms of quality and service. Cons: * None right now. Conclusion: I will return whenever I have a taste for JimmyJohns. Read more
I have had food from multiple locations and each time I have not been completely satisfied. Today the meat was dark and I could... tell it was old. Turkey should not be dark brown. I think this was it for me. Rarely and I do mean rarely have I gotten adecent sandwich for JJ. I already am not the biggest fan of cold subs and this time was truly unacceptable. Update: GM wasgreat made this situation right. I respect and appreciate good customer service and you guys went above and beyond. Much betterquality today you have a return customer. They claim they are fast... I've been waiting on my sandwich delivery for over an hour and still haven't got it! I called the... store and they claim they are "busier" than usual with deliveries... Bullcrap. That's your job! Let's see if I ever get mysandwich.... Read more
