Reviews for Master Pizza in Parma, OH
Have been a frequent customer of Master Pizza and have never really had a problem with their business or their pizzas.... Personally- They have a lot of good toppings to choose from and they are not like their competitors around them in this areathat have really not been doing good business or turning out good pizzas. I would recommend Master Pizza- because at this pointin time- I believe that they are better than Marco's Pizza, Little Caesars, or Pizza Hut. Read more
Pretty average place. Pizza was OK. The hand twisted sausage tasted pretty good. They really piled the veggies on my wife?s... vegetarian pizza which was nice. However, the pizza was pretty hard to eat. Like many of the complaints and other reviewsmention; it?s simply hard to hold and falls apart while you?re eating it. I wouldn?t call it a dealbreaker but it was kind ofannoying. One shouldn?t have to put their slice of pizza in a bowl to eat it. I was excited when I got their antipasto saladbecause it wasn?t just iceberg lettuce, they use mixed greens. However a decent amount of it was rotten which was kind of abummer. I was only able to eat about half and the rest I threw away. I?m new to the area so this wasn?t a great firstimpression. I?ll probably be trying another place next time. Read more
Best gluten free pizza by far Detroit style Wow Thank you
Huge disappointment as compared with other Master Pizza locations. Ordered well done pies twice, received rushed, mushy and... doughy undercooked pizza both times. The most recent(and final) time I ordered from the Parma location, I ordered a thin crustwell done, received a thick crust pile of mush. Couldn't even pick up slices to eat, had to use knife and fork. This shop alsoputs about 3 times the normal amount of cheese on their pies as compared with Strongsville location. The thick crust(which Ididn't order) had a nearly inedible amount of cheese on it. Instant stomach ache for all who tried it. The employees at thisshop are doing the owner a huge disservice wasting ingredients and rushing out pies. Time for the owner to retrain thislocation. Will not be ordering from the parma location again. Read more

Moved to the area about a year ago. Got master pizza one day and thought wow, this is the best pizza ever! No need to go... anywhere else! But downhill from there. Although tasty, my pizzas have never been good since. After multiple tries again, andnumerous requests of making sure it's actually cooked, i still get cool soggy pizza. Why can't it even be cooked normally evenwhen I request well done? When I get it delivered they say 45 minutes. Cool, no problem. I'll gladly wait. But then it shows upat my door in 18 minutes? How can it possibly be cooked thoroughly? The cheese isn't even fully melted. What's the rush? With somany pizza shops in the area, master pizza will be my last choice from now on. I'm done continuing to give them another try. Read more
Pretty decent shop. The pizza was fresh, with an all organic taste. Unlike pizza hut or papa John's, I didn't get a bloated... feeling after eating this nor did my stomach immediately react. Would definitely recommend, their prices aren't too bad but forthe quality it's worth it. Read more
Ordered a Pepperoni pizza 4-19-22 Extra sauce on the pepperoni. Extra cheese. I don't understand the bitterness of the sauce.... Tasted like straight tomato paste. I wish there was a pizza place that has homemade pizza sauce. They seem to cut corners everychance. Authentic. Homemade Sauce. Not bitter. Very disappointed... Read more
