Two drive thrus that have to merge is one of the dumbest designs I?ve ever witnessed. Everyone wants to get ahead and it gives... constant anxiety wondering if the next guy is gonna keep the order. On top of that, a hot sauce packet costs $0.15 and the onethe snuck into my to-go bag was all sticky and brown from spilled pop, and this isn?t the first time it?s happened. Read more

Since when do you charge extra for KETCHUP? Just went through the drive through for a 6 Piece Chicken McNugget Kids meal. Asked... for a ranch for the dipping sauce and then ketchup for fries. I was told that would be extra. I questioned it & then sheproceeded to tell me ?she believes so? ? well, you just told me you would charge me - so which is it? Out of all the times Ihave come here - I have NEVER been charged extra for ketchup when getting a dipping sauce for nuggets. Please advise as I willabsolutely stop coming here if so. Read more
WORST McDonalds I?ve ever been to. Payed at the first drive thru window, asked for my receipt, and was told I get it at the... second window, which I never received. Placed a15$ order, never received the chicken sandwich I ordered. Parked my car to goinside and place a second order due to forgetting to order two items. Went inside, FOUR employees ?working?, and keep in mindthey saw me. I stood there for almost 15 minutes waiting to place an order. I stood there and listened to two female employeestalking out loud about tampons!!! Finally, after 15 minutes, I yelled to one of the females that I needed to place an order.She looks at me and says, ? Place your order on the kiosk? maybe this was something you could?ve told me 15 minutes ago, as I?mreceiving a text from my daughter in the car asking if everything was OK. Got home and saw that I didn?t have my sandwich, andI didn?t have my receipt! I emailed McDonald?s headquarters, and pretty much they told me, ?Sorry, we need to do better!?Really?!?
