This McDonald's is over 35 years old and desperately needs an update! I don't like places that don't have a decent, clean... restroom. This is one of them. One unisex bathroom with no mirror and not clean or unkept. The fries were cooked uneven thenuggets overcooked on old bitter oil. The furniture is old the chair uncomfortable. There is no playground for kids. The serviceis slow. The parking lot had a large ice patch. I did not find anything positive in this McDonald's. I believe I was kind withthe 2 star rating... We were there 1st thing in the am and let me tell ya, the food was fresh and hot melted cheese and fluffy eggs. Yes please
This McDonald's is consistent with all other McDonald's. The food is fine for fast food. The prices are low. The service was... friendly and fast. We dined in and we did have to pass up several tables that needed to be wiped down before we found one thatlooked really clean. There was also a bit of food on the floor too, like stray fries. Burger was good but i was served some old crusty fries. It was a bummer because i rarely eat fast food.
Placed my order in drive thru. Got to window and realized i left my wallet at home. Felt so stupid. But the works were super... nice about it. Thank you so much. 5 star service. Best mcds in parma. I recommend to all!!! Read more
Definitely should go over some core sanitary training. Employee today (of course no person up front had name tags on) took two... large cups, hand her fingers INSIDE THEM, carried them to the ice chest & dug the cups in, to put ice in them. Used no scoop &then put the lids on using the entire palm of her hand. Honestly quite disgusting. ???? also pretty sure the two at the front(one of which who did it) are managers or supervisors of some sort which makes it worse. I have been to this location 3 times - the first day the order was correct the second day items were missing and then today my... order was wrong once again didn?t have time to wait since I work - decided I would go ahead and just leave the order as is -wish I wouldn?t have bc there was a piece of hair in my cheese and egg!
