I ordered a bagel in person I asked for reg cream cheese I received chives and onions I called the establishment spoke to the... person who rang me up his suggestion was for me to save my bagel till the next day and bring it back because he failed to giveme a receipt. I then told him that?s not going to work for me he suggested I just come up the next day and he would personallyreplace my order. I come the next day (I was going to come regardless because I eat the same thing everyday) and guess what hewasn?t at the register I described him to his coworkers very unique man they stared at me like they didn?t know who I couldpossibly be talking about. The cashier then goes to say I can?t refund you for an order based on a description of a cashier myresponse was I wasn?t asking for a refund I was asking if that worker was there.. long story short I ordered my order again (b/cI had to be to work didn?t have time to argue) and this time the bagel is burnt I?m very unpleased and as I stated I get thesame thing everyday I?ve never had an issue until yesterday. Not to mention the drive thru was closed due to short staff so theyknew who the cashier was but wouldn?t say understandable but still messed up because I spent my money and didn?t receive what Ipaid for. Every Sunday I have Panera bread. 9 times out of 10 The quantity of chicken salad on my sandwich is laughable. For the price the... chicken should at least cover half of the sandwich. It?s really annoying that I have to come in almost every time to haveadjusted but I?m giving five stars because the food is good and the manager Bella does a fantastic job at making things right.I?ll continue to eat every week just PLEASE tell the employees to be more realistic with portions. I love this panara! Always has great quality food and it?s handles with care. (No sloppy packaging) My issue would definitely be... with the workers though. They lack attention to detail. Forgetting drinks, not putting something in the order, or listening todirections. Other thank that, it?s really great. Read more

Third time I've come here and third time the drive thru has been closed. It's 1:45pm. It's not busy at all. You have to... literally call before you come every single time. I have a baby with me which is why I always rely on the drive thru. Latelyit's been a huge waste of time. Stop using staffing issues to turn customers away. I'm tired of that. Definitely make sure tocheck your bag before you leave too. I'm always missing something. Once I drove all the way back after I got home already, andall they offered me was a free cookie. Gee, thanks. How big of you. Read more

My chicken looked a pink, I know it comes precooked and they just reheat it but the chicken from the place could be heated... wrong. They didn?t even look at the chicken just told me they reheat it and it couldn?t be pink. I wouldn?t be as disappointedbut they didn?t even look at the chicken to me it?s clearly has pink throughout it.I wished they took it seriously. Read more

Okay food but SO EXPENSIVE. Cafe style food, nothing overly special, taste is often bland (soups are decent) portions are small... but the average meal *without* a drink is 12$. My soup and tiny sandwhich (no drink) was 11$. Go...pretty much anywhere else forbetter value. At least for lunch/dinner. Breakfast I'm a fan of though. Steak bagel is amazing and not too expensive. Go forbreakfast, skip it for lunch. Read more
