Pizza was good, however customer service seems like it could use better hospitality. Orderd the 'family special', which is 2... large pizzas. I ordered it carryout and drove over to pick it up. Walked in as anyone would to pick up my pizza. I was askedvery bluntly what my name was with attitude. Lady grabbed my pizza and gave it to me and said "Here you go" with more attitudeand she just seemed annoyed that I was picking up my pizza and didn't bother to ask if I needed anything. Just handed my pizzaoff and was done with me. Hospitality goes a long way to repeat business and anyways I didn't appreciate the half backedNeanderthal like behavior. Will likely never order here again and caution should be used when buying here as I noticed allot ofthe 5 star reviews don't seem to be written by those who are customers but rather fake accounts or those which actually workthere ???? I've order from papajohns and the total was 16.49 The store is less than 10 minutes away but I have a newborn baby with me so it... is not easy to go for Cary out(Otherwise I would because delivering is always LATE). I ordered for delivery and tipped $2.00.For the amount of the foods I've ordered and the distance I think 2 dollars is pretty fair. When I placed the order it said itwill be here within 35mins but it took an hour to get delivered (which happens all the time.) When I receive my foods I alsoreceive this note. Seriously?! I understand tips are important to deliverer but it doesn't mean you can ASK for it and threatenyour customer with saying you would not be deliver it unless if I tip certain amount. Read more

I am shocked to even have to write this. my family absolutely loves Papa John's and we have ordered from this location... frequently in the past 5 years. Today I placed an order for one large pizza with a delivery estimate of 37 minutes.. at 6:18,ingest a text saying it's on the way. 6:50 rolls around and the tracker is saying delivered but I see no pizza. I get on thephone to call them and I was hung up on 3 times, placed on hold for 3 minutes another time, and finally reached someone afterliterally calling 11 times. I was informed that the driver was still in route and they are just too busy to stay caughtup. Pizza arrives at 7:10 and the quality seal is not even in place. it has cardboard on the adhesive. We ordered pizza from this and when it was delivered the forgot the Coke which its understandable. The driver said he would be... right back with it. 40 minutes later we call back and Karen ( the name fits her percect) answers the phone and is really rudeand says if we still want it she can send the Coke with an attitude.
