I order delivery here a lot. Food has always been great, but the only reason I give 4/5 stars as there have been a few times... that some items have been forgotten in my order. But, people make mistakes and I understand, and every time I have called withany issue they made it right. They took care of me as a customer and I will continue to give them my business. Read more
Solid food experience, but perhaps a bit disappointing on my last few visits. The food portions have gotten much smaller... suddenly. Getting a very small amount of pasta when paying for the larger portion was noticeable and the common thing for all ofus eating there the last few trips. That being said, the quality was still very high. I try to be cognizant of the modern dayand employment difficulties. I am patient with slow service when teams are short staffed. It was frustrating to see 7 peopleworking during this visit, but only 2 of them actually doing anything. Those 2 were running around like crazy and the other 5were not. Some were standing there laughing with on another and a few were just on their phones. This is one of the few casesI?ve seen lately if maybe too many people working at a restaurant. The 2 working were a bit aggressive with us whenordering/paying, but I think that is reasonable considering the very uneven workload for them. The ambiance and dining room was clean and nice. Lots of space and tons of tables to sit at. However I was disappointed by the... food. Pasta was precooked and it was so starchy that it was fused into one giant pasta brick. There were 2 employees who madethe food while the rest in the back just kinda hung around and talked. When we got to eat everything looked nice (visuallyappealing), but everything was room temp. I?ve gone to the Piada on the east side (Chagrin Rd) many times and this location(Parma) falls short in every category when compared. It?s a new restaurant so I?m hopeful it will get better but I?m not sure Iwill be back to this location anytime soon. Read more
This was my first time going to this specific Piada. It wasn?t busy when I went around 3:30 on a Saturday. The menu is large... enough to read and I like the variety of options. I got a regular carbonara, which tasted just right. My bowl had a lot ofdifferent healthy ingredients and I appreciated the generous dressings on top of it. The bowl was yummy and filling, and I hadleftovers! The workers were all nice to me. The bathroom was clean too. I?ll come back and try the cannoli cookies; they lookgood! Read more
Came here on a whim and was delightfully surprised. Very clean with no wait. Asked to try the chicken and steak meat so I could... choose and I chose chicken....the steak was very well seasoned but the temp was not warm so the chicken was hot and fresh. Verygood piata very flavorful and I have half for later. Try it you won't be disappointed! Read more
My order was incorrect and when I called and spoke to the restaurant they told me they would refund me for one of my pasta... orders. Ended up having to split a meal. The food that we did get however was great. Had the lobster bisque, pesto pasta withgrilled chicken, and the corn salad. Would have given 5 stars had my entire order been in the bag. Read more
