The last time I ordered a pizza I didn?t use a crust flavor and the pizza had a very dismal taste! It was worse than a store... bought frozen pizza. I went to order today and was told the crust flavor had been removed from the menu, I canceled my order dueto that and the experience I had prior with out the flavor. Read more
Somehow my order went to another Pizza Hut. When I went to pick up my order the manager told me I had to drive 10 minutes... farther to get my pizzas. He did not offer to make the pizzas and cancel my order at the other location. The pizzas had thesauce and toppings to the center and this left a this left a large area exposed. Read more

Pizza was great. Cheesesticks had a light flaking of cheese on them. I know what they should look like...I was a manager for a... PH franchise for 12 years... And I am not sure when we changed the spec charts to not cutting bread"sticks" because every time Iget carry out, it is a slab I have to cut myself. So when I am cutting over proofed cheesesticks with barely any cheese, I havea hard time recommending this location. If I dine in at another location, they have actual visible cheese and are CUT! Wow I ordered pan crust pizza it was day old crust I know because I worked at pizza hut the crust was flat and dry they don?t... cut the pizza correct and the bread sticks were flat and hard so yes it was old pizza dough now I spent 93.00 on pizza and wingsand I?m glad they didn?t mess up the wings but to pay from pizza that taste terrible and to know that they are willing todeliver this terrible quality of food it?s amazes me how much they care about quality of food and feel it?s ok to serve this toa costumer so with that being said this pizza hut on broadview rd is Horrible and this is not the first time do not orderdelivery go check your food before you pay for terrible quality DO CARRYOUT if you order from here Read more
