Three strikes and I?m out. As others during this time, we are cutting back on spending. One tradition we try to maintain is... eating out twice a month. We like to get pizza as it is something everyone can agree on and it used to be a good value. The pastthree times we have eaten at a pizza hut, we have been underwhelmed. First it was finding out that the meaty marinara wasdiscontinued. We are unable to have Italian sausage due to allergies and the alfredo sauce does not agree with us. We ended upordering just pizza which was good but not up to the usual standards. The second time, we got pizza and breadsticks. Thought itwas a bit much to spend on something that was just ok. Now the third time we have gotten food from Pizza Hut, it has solidifiedour agreement not to be back for at least awhile. The Detroit pizza was drenched in sauce and kind of soggy. I wish there was anoption to do lightly sauced. The Cinnabon rolls were swimming in the icing which I will admit was on me for not reading how itcame. The breadsticks were good though. Nice and fluffy. I will have to give it to the delivery drivers that they do get me thefood in 30 minutes. I understand that in these times, it is hard to get workers. I was a little skeptical of when Pizza Huttexted me that my order was coming via DoorDash due to issues I have had previously with them. Would have liked to option todecide wither to order and use DoorDash or pick up when no Pizza Hut drivers are available. Read more
Not going to lie, would've been a 5 star review but... My bill was $42 and I tipped $20. The guy and girl I dealt with were... great, then after I paid another guy is standing in the corner with his fingers in his nose like a 5 year old. ???? absolutelydisgusted Read more

I never do reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I Called lastnight around 6:13pm for a dinner box and... 24 wings. Said it would take about 30-35 mins. They NEVER showed up and never called to cancel or give us updates. They wouldn?teven pick up the phone to let us cancel the order or to see what was going on. We had to get food elsewhere. Constantly always ordering from this place. At least once a week. A few days ago, 2 orders of box pizzas were incorrect order... and the pizza was cold. Looked like it was old. When I called manager said he would give me credit for next time & noted it. Acouple of days later they say it?s not in the system it expired and nothing they can do. Was a little rude as well. After 7years, I promise I won?t spend a dollar at this location. Read more
Pizza was 2.5 hours later without warning compared to original time frame given. Called for refund before pizza showed due to... arranging different dinner for kids by this time .spoke to a rude girl trying to explain my situation, says she will get amanager.. I sat on hold 45 mins while phone was continuously picked up &placed back on hold then eventually hung up on.. Whenpizza arrived it was cold & has rubbery texture. Used their curbside pickup. Went smoothly. I didn't even need to let them know I was there. (Our usual place will let everyone... sit outside until you go knock on the door n go inside) Placed a very different half n half supreme pizza order n they got itperfect. I got the medium thin and crispy pizza with garlic cream sauce , beef and mushrooms and it was deliciousness!!
