Went early in the morning after getting off work ordered 2 rally burgers then came right back thru and ordered a fish sandwich... and small fry got home my boyfriend eating and he finds a long hair in the sandwich he just threw the sandwich out the customerservice was great quick, fresh food just had hair in it. Very upset, ordered 8 piece chicken tenders was told I had to wait 8 minutes for them to cook. When I got home I saw they were... actually very raw, unfortunately, I dont live close to this place for me to take then back. I am very upset, one because I paid10 bucks for something I can't eat due to negligence and lazy workers. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Read more

I've always had a good experience at Rally's, and I go to this one quite a bit. The only issue I've had was a couple of days ago... when the Burger grill was down and they didn't have any burgers at lunch time. They probably should have just closed sincethey're hamburger place. However one out of many many visits to this rallys isn't going to keep me away from it. Read more
I like their Fry Lovers Double sandwich for a quick and quickly-eaten meal. Their french fries are nicely seasoned. Their sweet... tea is good, too. Service can be very slow, but that seems to be true of all "fast food" these days. Read more
Ive gotten food here before and its normal fast food food with chicken being the best here. But the main reason I am giving... them 5 stars is the Shakes. They make GREAT shakes here for being a fast food joint. On top of there service being speedy andstraight to the point. Read more
