Came back a year later and still the same horrible service and no car hops! Long waits and food doesn?t taste nearly as fresh or... good as any other sonic I have been too?. This is the closest sonic near me and after loving sonic my whole life it?s sad to sayI might have to give it up unless I travel?. Update! The service is slow, even when there are few customers. Our fries tasted reheated and were extremely over salted. We did not get... the ranch for the chicken bites and the chicken was cold and hard. They were out of everything including kids and only hadmedium sized cups. I understand that deliveries these days are not prompt but I highly doubt that it's the vendors. Ordered popcorn for my daughter got home (12min) to this. Wasn't even late at night or before closing. It smells like it was... cooked in grease that hasn't been changed in months. This place was disgusting. The carhop service was not available. The girl who took our order was rude and rushed up and STILL... made my order wrong. The mozz sticks were hard and cold. The chicken sandwich had Mayo and lettuce although I clearly asked forneither to be on there and then the patty for th chicken sandwich was brown like It had been sitting under a heating lamp for 12hours. The burgers and tots were great. But, we ended up with some wrong items that weren't ordered or heard correctly. The place... wasn't busy at dinner hour, so that was a plus. We also put an online order in, which has you pull up in a numbered spot wherethey bring it to. After sitting there, a team member came out and asked if we had an order and name.
