Rude worker and slow service. I mobile ordered and waited for almost half an hour. I saw other customers getting their mobile... orders so I went up to ask them if they were making the order. The women I asked gave me attitude and tried to blame it on mefor putting the order in wrong. They said it was too busy and that?s why it was late, but the same women was in the back textingon her phone a minute later. My drink tasted fine, but my friends drink wasn?t very good. Read more

Normally this is a frequent stop for our team, during one of our visits the wait time was particularly long. While we were not... upset by this, the barista at the window gave us two $4 gift cards as a compensation for our inconvenience. This was a verysweet and unexpected gesture, as we thought that was until we went to use them and the barista informed us that they weren?tvalid because they original barista never activated them. It?s just frustrating that they would give us invalid cards. Not tomention when we were told of this information the employees were acting like we were trying to scam them. They discardedeverything we told them. Overall was a off putting experience. Read more

The girl who took my order was nice and giggly. The lady who was cleaning the sign outside she was spraying something and it got... in my eye. I know it wasn't on purpose it was because of the breeze but they should maybe wait until there's no customers in theDrive-Thru. Instead of for apologizing she ran back into the building. Read more
