This place really sucks when it comes to doordash. I ordered but they say they don?t see my order come up. Very shammed.

The bathroom taps were broken. Could not wash my hands before touching my clean covered private parts ! Consequently (... subsequently ) could not eat with my unclean hands. Had to order food, " To Go " . Came back home and washed my hands and satdown to eat and suddenly realized my food has gone cold and soggy. Overall a sad...sad...sad.... experience. Could have neverrealized that a broken tap in the restroom at Taco Bell would have so much challenging effect on my food from Taco Bell. Read more

I was picking up an Uber Eats order about 11:45pm in the drive thru. I was told I had to come inside. Surprised because most... Taco Bells want you to go thru the drive thru at night anyway. I went in and the other was still not ready after waiting 14minutes. I went out to cut my car off and they locked the door. Some employee was sitting in their car saw me and came and saidthe dining room is closed at 12am. I replied I just came out. Her response was I know you still have to go through the drivethru. I really love this Taco Bell. They have a guy working the drive-thru recently (as of June 2022) who is always so pleasant and... nice. The food is great, but, when you order extra sauce or items like it on the app sometimes they don?t add it. But overallI?m pleased with their food and service. Read more

For some reason, and it?s not just this location, customizations in an order seem to be missed by employees 9/10 times. I am... thinking it?s the interface?s fault. My experience with employees here has always been great even when there were service issues(store closed when it should have been open because only one employee turned up, out of the items I mobile ordered just minutesago on two occasions, and of course the countless wrong orders). I always went back because of the way my concerns were handled(never got any free taco slips though). I had seen lot of online ridicule about food poisoning from Taco Bell and I couldn?tunderstand that having never got that. However, in Summer 2022, I got food poisoning and the sickness lasted two days. Taco Bellis out for me for the summers now. Read more

Went at 130AM on Friday night and holy hell were people angry. They closed the kitchen an hour and a half before actual close.... I?m not even upset with the employees who work for the reward of basic poverty. I?m not upset with them for being perpetuallyshort staffed. I am upset with PepsiCo or Yum Brands or whatever stupid alias they go by. Pay your employees properly and trainthem adequately. Stop short-staffing. Just stop everything. I?m not looking for a manager to change their ways. I?m looking foran executive to jump off of a cliff as a form of ritualistic sacrifice every?3 months. Read more
