Very disappointed. In the 35+years I've had Honey Baked this was awful. We got the sliced ham by the pound. I picked up 2... lbs. We normally buy the half a ham, but, with Covid not as many family members were open at Easter. My ham slices were fullof a lot of FAT. Should be -5. Worst experience ever! The staff at the register was the meanest person I have ever had in my life. She was so... rude that my very kind husband even wanted to say something. I asked for manager and she threw my items over to the side and infront of me said I?m done with you. The manager instead of apologizing for the respect I should of been shown didn?t say she wassorry just said I will verify your items and make sure u have everything and made excuse of it is the holidays and they stillforgot items. I spent $500 at the store and was treated like utter trash. I will never go there again and would not recommendanyone to go there unless you want to be helped by being insulted from the most uneducated trash. In future if I ever order fromhoney baked it will be from a different location and honey baked will always be a second choice behind heavenly ham. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Pre ordered a turkey with a pick up time of 8am. Received communication that our... order was ready for pick up. Showed only to find out they were out of turkey and wouldn?t have it until after 12:00pm, when wewere scheduled to eat. No one called ahead of time to let us know there was a problem and should make alternate plans. Terrible.Just awful service. Stay away from this company. Read more
Horrible!!!!!! The mashed potatoes tasted like plastic!! Everything tasted weird. The dates weren?t expired but it tasted weird.... I am thankful I had something to eat, but it was really bad.
