The food was terrible. Hamburger was over cooked, dried, cold, and very small. The fries were cold and soggy. I was disgusted... looking at the filty windows on this building and the nasty dirty surroundings. I can't believe this is going on in Parma, thislocation use to be very clean and the food was always outstanding. I'll never go back. Read more
Stopped in to get a bite, and the inside was pretty warm and most of the tables were dirty. I ordered a salad, and had to go up... to get the dressing. Parts of the salad was missing. The person taking the order was too busy on his phone and conversating with people to really be bothered. The soda machine was broke and not to mention the floor was sticky every where I walked.Never again will I eat at this location. Really sad. Read more
Waited 10minutes in the drive thru to be told that I had to come in to get a soft drink. Upon going inside, I had to wait... another 15 minutes while the employees played on their personal phones ignoring myself and 2 other guests. Stopped there to put something on my stomach before coming into work at 9 am and literally just ruined my entire day after... speaking to someone whom claimed to be the manager but was very unprofessional and unapologetic after serving me raw chickenwhich can lead to serious food borne illnesses. I will never look at chicken the same. On top of that I was told I can not nberefunded and save the raw sandwich and bring it back after I get off work at 5 pm so that means it will sit in my car for closeto 10 hours. Never did a review but this was one I couldn?t let go. Hopefully they will get better management to handlesituations like this differently. If I could rate this Wendy?s a 0 star I would.. I went in the drive-thru and waited a decent amount of time for me to not even... receive all of my food. I got my food home and i went to eat some a realized there was a bug of some sort in the sauce. Coldfries, cold food, half scooped fries.. I called and all I wanted was a refund and the response I got was ?we can?t I?ll lose myjob... but I can remake your food?. I definitely don?t want food from a restaurant that has bugs!!! Disgusting.
