Arabica reopened and it?s better than ever! They have remodeled the entire inside of their cafe and it?s a great classy... atmosphere feel to it now. I would say this is the top hookah cafe in the vicinity of Cleveland now. The service was amazing,everything from coffee to coil replacement, no complaints was so ever. As far as the hookah, I got gum mint, and let me tellyou, this was the strongest hookah I smoked in Cleveland.
