Service is lacking for sure. Never seen a fast food place that takes as long as a traditional restaurant to get you food at the... drive through. If everything was piping hot I could increase star value but to get your food luke warm, and milk shakes halfmelted seems like maybe they should rethink the strategy of providing service. Employees look miserable and sloppy in theirpresentation of themselves hence the 1 star atmosphere at a drive through. Read more
What you expect from fast food restaurant. Food was thrown together because it's all about speed over quality. Management in a... corner of the restaurant with owners complaining about how the business is running. I mean I get it, but when I was a manager ata fast food restaurant, we never aired grievances in front of customers like that. Makes me wish I would have just gone throughthe drive thru instead. Stopped by the drive-thru late morning and to my surprise, my sandwich looked awful. The bun was not fresh and the meat had a... bad rotten smell to it. I proceeded to go back through the drive-thru and let them know. They offered me to get something elsein which I did. When at the drive-thru window, I overheard the manger say to the employee(s) (out of my view), "are you tryingto kill people??". The cashier gave me my new order and said "so sorry about that". My new order was fresh this time aroundbut the experience definitely marked me in a very negative way. Truly disappointed and disgusted. Read more

Slow service in the drive through and luke warm food. Find somewhere else to go for food.
