Asked for Pumpkin Spice no cream no sugar. They gave it to me with cream and sugar. The lady at the window took it back then... came back to the window and said I personally made this you're all set. I get home and its still loaded with cream and sugar. Why is asking for black coffee so impossible for a freakin coffee and donut place. I even asked her in the line if I could getit black...oh sure no problem. You dont even want to order things out anymore because people are so clueless and simply dontcare.
