You will wait forever. Dunkin is ok. Drinks are good. Donuts are basic. Wait time in the drive through is always ridiculous.

Dunkin? Donuts on York road, Parma hts. loose a lot of points lately, I used to love coming here, but ever time I order coffee... from them lately the coffee would be super cold, I order a small hot dark roast coffee and it?s always cold, I would have tostop at a gas station to use they?re microwave to heat it up, I don?t know Dunkin y?all gotta do better, your definitely loosinga customer. We Love our Dunky!! This location, the drive-thru is usually always bumper to bumper. So instead of waiting, it's faster for us... to park and go in. (when we don't just drive past because of the line that circles this place) Plus it gives us a chance tocheck out the donuts. I know it's known for it's coffee, just wish they had a broader variety. Plus, you'll need to get thereearly or you'll be out of luck in the donut dept.. Yesterday we tried something new; the Bagel bites and a Sourdough breakfastsandwich. The bites, you have to love Cream Cheese, which I do! The Breakfast Sandwich is better than you'll find at any otherfast food, drive-thru or donut place. Asked for Pumpkin Spice no cream no sugar. They gave it to me with cream and sugar. The lady at the window took it back then... came back to the window and said I personally made this you're all set. I get home and its still loaded with cream and sugar. Why is asking for black coffee so impossible for a freakin coffee and donut place. I even asked her in the line if I could getit black...oh sure no problem. You dont even want to order things out anymore because people are so clueless and simply dontcare.
