I ordered online and when I arrived it wasn?t ready yet because I was told they were short staffed. All the team members were... working hard to get out the many orders they had. I told the nice lady that it was not a problem and I know how it is to beshort staffed (I work at Arbys) so I completely understand. My pizza came fresh from the oven and was nice and hot when I gothome. I only order from Marco?s because I love your pizza and have great salads. The Marco's Pizza Team in Parma Hts simply Rocks!...They NEVER fail to present Great Service as far as I'm concerned... I?m giving four stars because the food is fairly good and service is quick. I took off one star because I watched an employee... put all of the toppings on without gloves which I find pretty disgusting. I don?t know if he picks his nose or grabs a mophandle or has sweaty hands But when I told the manager she should have her employees wearing gloves when touching food she saidwe are not required to wear gloves and the pizza oven kills all of the bacteria. I don?t care what it kills especially withCovid going on that?s just not stuff anyone wants to see and now I have to eat this wondering. Have not been to this Marco's location in quite some time. The last time I was here- the pizza that I ordered with relatives... went out the door with another customer. Also when this happened- this location was short staffed as well- which because of thepandemic is understandable. One time before that- my fiancé and I suffered a case of salmonella poisoning over one of thetoppings. Have not been back- and this location needs to be better staffed and for Marco's to not have another customer's orderleaving with someone else who did not order the pizza they took. Read more
Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 5:15 PM. Recieve a phone call at 4:45 that the delivery driver is at my apartment. I let him... know what's going on and tell him to just leave I won't be there for a half hour. Call the store and tell them what happened. Iwas right down the street from the store so I said I can come and just pick up a new pizza. She apologized and said she'sputting a new pizza in the oven now. I get up there, go inside and wait around 10 minutes with my kid. Let the girl know tostill make sure the driver gets the tip because he didn't do anything wrong and deserves it. They never made me a new pizza,they gave me the old one that was driven all over, and made a half hour prior. The delivery receipt was ripped off the top ofthe box, and it appeared that the pizza had a rough trip because it was all smooshed inside. I've ordered weekly from this placefor about two years, now I'm going to find a new place. Maybe next time you make a mistake, you should take some sort ofinitiative to make it right and surely don't lie to the customer because you are too lazy to throw a new pizza in the oven, andtoo dumb to tell time. I rated this Marco?s as a four star only because this was my first visit and I?d like to see if this pizza shop will be... consistent. I don?t believe that I have ever eaten a Marco?s Pizza before tonight. I ordered a small deluxe pizza without anyalterations and it was very tasty. Everything was well balanced and that?s what I look for in a good pizza. If this is how theymake them every time, I have found myself a new chain pizza place. Great Job Marco?s I will be back.
